Content License

1. Scope

This Content License explains the rights you grant Frostline in your Inputs, the rights you receive in the Outputs we generate for you, and the limited rights other users have in the Service's templates, soundtracks, and platform assets. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. Inputs

"Inputs" are the bean-bag photos, prompts, equipment lists, brewing parameters, free-text descriptions, and any other material you submit to the Service.

You retain all rights you have in your Inputs. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit them and to grant the license below — including any rights held by photographers, brand owners, or roasters depicted on a bean bag.

You grant Frostline a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, transcode, display, format-shift, and adapt your Inputs only as necessary to:

• generate the Output you requested;
• provide and improve the reliability of the Service for you;
• detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process.

This license is limited to the operation of the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train any third-party foundation model. We do not sell your Inputs.

The license terminates when you delete the Input, except for limited backups retained for up to thirty (30) days for support and abuse review.

3. Outputs

"Outputs" are the brewing recipes, recipe-card images, brew-reel videos, flavor-wheel highlights, and any other generated content the Service returns to you.

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, you own the Outputs we generate for you. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, post them to social platforms, print them, edit them, and integrate them into your café's menu, training, or marketing.

You agree that:

• machine-generated outputs may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions;
• other Frostline users may receive substantively similar Outputs from similar Inputs (for example: two users with the same Yirgacheffe washed and a V60 prompt may receive similar recipes);
• you will not present Outputs as a third-party certification (see the Acceptable Use Policy);
• you will not attempt to reverse engineer the Service from its Outputs.

4. Platform assets

Frostline ships fonts, soundtracks, SVG flavor wheels, recipe-card templates, brand marks, and other components ("Platform Assets"). They remain owned by Frostline or our licensors.

Within an Output you generate, you have the right to display, distribute, and modify the embedded Platform Assets as part of that Output. You do not have the right to:

• extract, repackage, or redistribute Platform Assets as standalone files;
• offer Platform Assets to third parties as a font, music, or template library;
• claim ownership of any Platform Asset.

The five soundtrack presets we currently offer (Cafe Lo-fi, Mediterranean Acoustic, Nordic Quiet, Jazz Cafe, Documentary) are licensed only for use inside Frostline brew reels. They may not be re-uploaded to a third-party music service or licensed onward.

5. Attribution

We do not require attribution to Frostline when you publish a recipe or post a brew reel. Attribution is welcome — for example "Recipe by Frostline" or "Generated with debtidepot.com" — but not mandatory.

6. Removal

We may remove an Output, revoke its hosted URL, or refuse to deliver it if it violates the Acceptable Use Policy, infringes a third party's rights, or is the subject of a valid takedown notice. We will, where possible, give you the chance to back up the Output before removal.

7. DMCA / takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to support@debtidepot.com that includes:

1. your contact information;
2. a description of the work claimed to be infringed;
3. the URL or output ID of the allegedly infringing content;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices, including counter-notices, within timelines required by applicable law.

8. Updates

We may update this Content License. The "Effective" date marks the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated with prior notice.
