Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who uses Frostline. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, removal of offending content, and reporting to authorities where required.

2. Lawful use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction in which any output will be received. This includes, without limitation, advertising, food-safety, consumer-protection, anti-fraud, anti-spam, export-control, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and tax laws.

3. Coffee-industry specific restrictions

Frostline is built for specialty coffee. The following uses are not permitted.

3.1 Counterfeit roasters and brand impersonation

Do not generate content that:

• impersonates a registered roaster, café, or coffee brand by re-using its name, wordmark, logo, color system, packaging, or unique trade dress;
• falsely claims an output was produced, endorsed, or certified by a third party;
• copies a barista's published recipe word-for-word and re-distributes it without attribution.

3.2 Geographic indication and protected origin

Do not falsely state or imply that beans are from a protected geographic indication ("Geisha", "Blue Mountain", "Kona", "Yirgacheffe", "Antigua Genuino", or any other protected origin) when they are not. Do not state or imply Specialty Coffee Association certification, Cup of Excellence rank, or Q-Grader assessment unless you can document the actual award.

3.3 Counterfeit certification

Do not present Frostline output as third-party certification — SCA, Cup of Excellence, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, organic, biodynamic, kosher, halal, or any other. Frostline does not certify; outputs are informational.

3.4 Illicit substances

Do not generate, request, or share content that mixes coffee or caffeine with controlled substances, narcotics, prescription stimulants, alcohol-based "spiked" recipes, or any other regulated compound. Do not solicit recipes that are designed to mask, accelerate, or enhance the effect of any of those substances.

3.5 Targeting minors

Do not produce, share, or promote high-caffeine content directed at users under eighteen (18). Do not depict minors as primary consumers of caffeinated beverages or "energy" content.

3.6 Health claims

Do not represent Frostline outputs as medical, nutritional, weight-loss, fertility, performance-enhancing, mental-health, or sleep-related advice. Coffee has well-known caffeine effects; do not extend those into clinical claims.

4. People and identity

4.1 Consent

Do not upload images or generate content that depicts an identifiable real person without that person's verifiable consent.

4.2 Deepfakes

Do not generate audio, video, or photo-realistic content that misrepresents what a real person said, did, or endorsed.

4.3 Children

Do not upload images of, or generate content depicting, anyone you reasonably believe to be under eighteen (18) in any context related to caffeine consumption, alcohol, controlled substances, or sexual content.

4.4 Sexual content

Do not produce sexual content. Do not produce nudity. Do not produce content that is obscene under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Service is accessed. Any sexual content depicting minors will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement and will result in immediate, permanent termination.

5. Hate, harassment, and harm

Do not produce or distribute content that:

• expresses hatred against, threatens, or dehumanizes a person or group based on protected characteristics;
• harasses, bullies, or targets a real individual;
• incites, glorifies, or instructs violence;
• promotes self-harm or eating disorders;
• describes how to make weapons, malware, or biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear material capable of mass casualties.

6. Fraud, deception, and abuse of the Service

Do not:

• create accounts under false pretenses, including chargebacks-for-profit, refund fraud, or coupon stacking;
• circumvent rate limits, plan caps, or credit accounting;
• resell, sublicense, or rent Frostline access to third parties;
• scrape, harvest, or copy substantial portions of the Service except as expressly authorized;
• introduce malware, denial-of-service traffic, or attempt to compromise the Service or any user account;
• use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications, phishing, or spam.

7. Restricted topics

Do not use the Service to generate, promote, or facilitate:

• gambling, betting odds, or sports-betting tips;
• securities or investment advice, including tokens or cryptocurrencies;
• legal, tax, or immigration advice;
• credit, lending, or debt-collection content;
• adult-only services beyond what these rules permit;
• pseudoscientific medical claims, miracle cures, or anti-vaccine content.

8. Soundtracks, fonts, and platform assets

Frostline ships brew-reel soundtracks, SVG flavor wheels, fonts, recipe-card templates, and other platform assets. They are licensed for use within Frostline outputs as described in our Content License. Do not redistribute, package, or offer them as standalone assets to third parties.

9. Reporting violations

If you see content that violates this AUP, write to support@debtidepot.com with a description, the output ID, and the channel where you saw it. We review and act on credible reports within seven (7) days.

10. Enforcement

We may, in our discretion, warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; revoke credits used to produce violating content; refuse refunds for terminated accounts in cases of bad-faith abuse; and report to authorities. We aim to give a written reason and an opportunity to appeal.

11. Updates

We may update this AUP. The "Effective" date marks the most recent version. Material changes will be posted with prior notice.
